Where Can I Find Video Game Sounds Effects and Voice Overs?

I'm looking to find some video game sounds effects and voice overs...but I've had no luck. Does anyone know a site, or where I can find some voice overs and/or sound effects from video games? Mainly I want... -Rayman from Rayman 2 when he talks. - Wizpig from Diddy Kong Racing Thanks!

You can take the sound files from the game but of course you need a copy of the game or you can make your own sounds.
