Nintendo Wii?

  • What are your thoughts on the Nintendo Wii. I know a lot about it and im a life long Nintendo fan, but im also curious to see what other people feel about the new approach to video games that Nintendo has taken. Revolutionary or Fad? Good idea or wishful thinking? I know how I feel personally, so tell me your thoughts on the direction NIntendo is headed. (please no nintendo is for "kiddies" responses, im 20 yrs old and find nintendo enticing and fun, im most def. not a "kiddie".)

    I love the Wii. I'm a lifelong Nintendo fan, but I do own a PS2, and an Xbox, and Xbox 360. The Wii is the best thing I've seen come out in gaming in a long time. It's literally revolutionizing the way people think about games, and the way they are played. Way to go Nintendo! :-D

ZOMG NINTENDO IS FOR KIDDIES!!! lol, jkjkjk NO! it's not, i agree but i like the new Wii, many of my companions own one and i believe it is revolutionary because it is pretty easy to play and very fun too!

Nintendo wii IS Extremely fun, that is, with a bunch of people. If you want to play it alone, then go for ps3 or xbox360. Nintendo aimed Wii at a general audience and created the remote so that anyone at any age can relate to it (tv remote). It does have its perks. It has graphic power at the same level as Xbox 1. The remote has arose many controversy, mainly the remote has created problems, such as, broken ceilings and windows, bruises (punching the person next to you in baseball), and even broken tvs. If your planning to buy WII, make sure your place has room and a bullet proof glass for your tv.

i have yet to play it much (played for maybe 15-20 min at gamestop) but it seemed pretty cool... really easy to get the hang of!!! but dude im 20 too and i wouldnt buy it right now... THERE ARE ONLY LIKE 3 good games out! if i were you i would def wait until more games came out and the price went down!!! go get a 360 that thing is off the CHAIN!!! the online capabilities are crazy on that thing!! PS3 is just crazy.. go buy a computer if your gunna spend $600 on a console!!! you can get the same games on computer that are on the PS3 and you probably get a controller thats almost just like the PS controllers that can attach to a comp. anyone who waited in line for days then spent $600 is CRAZY you wanna throw some money this way?!?!
