What's the highest level Runescape monster that a level 61 can kill?

First of all, the dragon the guy above me is talking about, is the King Black Dragon. And it isn't even has high as the Kalphite Queen. It's like level 250 and it's very easy to defeat. The high level monster in the game is the final boss in the fight pits game. That place under Karamja valcano, ever been there? Those creatures have weird names, and I'm not gonna bother trying to remember what they're called. But there is a mini game there and you have to go through rounds of monsters. And the last one you fight is over level 700. That is the highest level monster in Runescape. http://www.usfine.com

You Sure Can I Did Both Those Quest At Level 57

Alright usually the in boss battles for quests, there are ways of killing extremely high level monsters through things like safe spots where you can shoot or hit the enemy with range or mage and not take too much damage or no damage. I beat Elvarg the dragon for Dragon Slayer at level 58 in F2p with melee so I bet you could beat him pretty easily. I didn't use all of my food for that fight. As for the Tree Gnome Village Quest, you might be able to but I can't tell beacuse you didnt supply us with your range and mage levels and prayer level. You can do it though. In the quest you have allies (the gnomes) who also attack the War Lord. I heard that you can just stand in a safe spot and let the gnomes do all of the work. Try looking it up in google. i couldnt do it till about level 70 mage makes them easier cuz of safe spots gl :)

yes u can as long as u get to 43 prayer u can kill just about any monster from a quest even monkey madness if u no how to do it(if u want to no how to kill him with low def and barly any food just add me sir grenier) items u will need r prayer pots (4) atlest 2 or more some food and the quest items

If you have decent items and some food the dragon slayer quest is actually very very easy, full rune, dds with some sharks or lobsters maybe a super set if you can afford it and you will be able to do the quest no problem, im not sure about the tree gnome village quests ive never done them, but you can try training on lesser demons in the volcano on karamja island, then after you get some better items and high level you can go down the hole inside the volcano and fight the tazarr monsters, you have to be careful and pay attention though because they can hit very hard

u can probobly do dragon slayer,but to be safe train against the following;lesser demons,greater demons(bring swordies or lobsters),pvp worlds,moss giants. For dragon slayer, get your prayer up so you can use the the "protect from melee" and "protect from missiles" so you should be untouched for about 30 seconds. magic and ranged is recommended for the fight against khazard warlord(prefferably magic).there should be a safe spot where he cannot hurt you. prayer can help if you use the "protect from melee" prayer. bring swordfish or better for the battle.

I think you can kill Elvarg but you'll need high healing food or potions. If you do decide to kill Elvarg, just a few tips and warnings: It has 120hp. It is weak against crush and stab attacks, but resistant to slash attacks. Rumor is it hits up to 45. It is impossible to kill without an anti-dragon shield.
