you cant stop it, i believe and so you either have to kill the girl, or make her move it...

When I had this problem, I used a cheat (boolProp testingCheatsEnabled true). I pressed shift and clicked on the sim. There should be an option somewhere within the cheat to set the sims age. Set the girls age to a teenager. After a day, set her age back to adult and she will not be pregnant. Honestly, I would just have the child. Its not really a big deal, and the father may want it closer to the date its supposed to be born. Sometimes sims are like that. Happy Siming! edit: Someone below me stated that you cannot make the sim younger with this cheat, I have done this and I am suggesting it because of my own personal experience and it did work. However, the person who stated it is correct that you can simply (using the same cheat) change the husband's aspiration.
