I need a good Teen-rated game for the PC.

Earth 2160 pc game error. Need help.?

• dunno wtf just happened. I installed my new pc game "Earth 2160 and I can't play it. It gives me error message "An error has occured while initializing direct 3d. Insufficient graphic card properties or configuration/ driver problems could be causing this. Try running the game in safe mode(-safemode execution parameter)". That is what an error message says. How can I run my game? I am not a comp wiz and I have no idea how to run a game in safe mode. Also how can I run a game without safe mode? In other words how I a fix this? I know this is now because of my pc. I played game that need higher requirements on this baby. I played grand theift auto, true crime street of la...ect. All those game run well, exept for this ^&&*.I will really appreciate thorough and complete answers, because again, I am not a pc wiz. I will give 10pts to whover gives me the most helpful answer first.
