You have to purchase one with it built in. You can tell if it has WiFi because it has a sticker with wifi on it on the cover.

First off you need a high speed internet connection and a computer. Next buy a nintendo wi-fi usbadapter. Also instesd of buying a nintendo wifi- usb conector you can buy a wireless router. I recomend wirless router if you have more than one thing to conect to the internet like laptops & game consoles.
