Wii Zelda TP - Looking for Hena's fishing hut - just got through with being Wolf and now I am supposed to go

to Forest Temple to get a "forbidden power." I'm Link now and looking to fish (like on the demo's at the stores). I do know that I'm supposed to go to Hena's fish hut at Zora's river, but I don't know how far into the game I have to be. Just how long into the game must you go to do this?

You're a long way from getting to Hena's hut. That's after the Goron Mines, which is after the forest temple.
