How do I fix the "Blinking" problem on my DSi?

Nintendo dsi xl: An error had occured. Press and hold the POWER butten to turn the system off.error?

  • Im getting this error with my dsi xl,but not with everything:i have 3 game cards,pokemon,crash,and a card with 106 games in one. When i put pokemon/crash,everything works fine,but with the 106 in 1,it displays this error. I tried all my application of the dsi itsself,and everything is fine. Could it be that my dsi xl doesnt work with unofficial hardware?if not,what could be the problem and whats an easy reliable fix to it?

    I had the same problem did the game used to work or has it just started to do this. Either way unfortunately it cannot be fixed, I scoured the internet and asked someone who knew about technology who was the one that actually bought the game for me, he said it was the game that was faulty and I had to get a new one :( IF the game card says its suitable for another DS model like ds lite, 3ds then you have bought the wrong game version and its uncompatible with your DS model. Sorry but there is nothing you can do about it T^T
