I can't seem to get the brownie points on Sorority Life?

I've done bunches of free surveys, every step of the way, but after I finish it, I return to Sorority Life and there are no brownie points for me. Am I doing something wrong?

same thing with me . they wouldn't give me any brownie points, so i just kept passing levels to earn them .
