How to make conveyor belts for restaurants?

• I can't remember what it's called but there is this game were the campaign just has you like put cogs in the right place or conveyor belts. And there's another section where you can use all the tools and create anything you want. Can someone please help me I've been trying too figure this out forever! It's basically a sandbox game were you can engineer whatever you want, you can create anything, it also has different size balls, you can hook up a certain rope too things like a bucket on a rope the drops when you connect a switch too it when you make something hit the switch. There's alot other things too. I woul really appreciate it if someone could help!
