How to play sims 3 without a cd?

How to play the sims 3 without the cd?

  • I just recently bought the sims 3 and i downloaded it to my computer but my other 2 sister want to play it at the same time as me and so we downloaded it to their laptops. But we only have 1 cd and i was wondering if there was a way to play sims 3 without the cd? I heard that there is some crack or something....? But i want it to be free. Do any of you guys have any suggestions? Thank you so much!

You just need to download the no DVD patch. Go to http://m0001.gamecopyworld.com/games/pc_the_sims_3.shtml and download the file named 'The Sims 3 v1.2.7 [MULTI] No-DVD/Fixed EXE' (to download it just click the blue floppy disk under the name). After you download go to 'My Computer' (just computer in Vista), Then go to local disk (C:), then program files, Electronic Arts, The Sims 3, Game, then go to Bin. In 'Bin' find the file named TS3 than copy that to somewhere else on your computer and rename it TS3 backup or something. After that open the folder you downloaded and copy TS3.exe into 'Bin'. Once you do that copy the new TS3 you put in 'Bin' and paste shortcut onto the desktop (make sure you click paste shortcut not just paste). If done properly you should be able to play the game without the CD.

the crack is free and absolutely legal because you have the original copy of the game and what you just want is to play without the cd. just google sims 3 no cd patch, then download the patch, usually you will find a "TS3.exe" file when you unzip the downloaded file. just go to C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Game\Bin on your computer and rename the "TS3" you find in that folder to "TS3.bkp" or something just for backup and get the new TS3 which is what you downloaded and paste it in that same folder. to start the game dont start from the launcher, instead start from the "TS3" that you downloaded.

Well buy or find an CD with nothing on it. Put it in your computer and burn Sims 3 onto the empty disc. Now you have two discs. BUT, write with a pernament marker on the CD: SIMS 3 2ND DISC put one or the other into the laptops. Oh 2 sisters? Well if you want to play it too, get another CD and burn it on. So you have 3 now. Hope this helped.

You could take the disk out of your computer after you start the game and start playing then let them do the same it worked for me with sims 2, maybe it'll work for sims 3. OR You could try to mount it with daemon tools lite.

Well, i did this with the sims 2, i havent tried it with the sims 3, but try this. So three computers hae it right? Ok so lets say you start first. Click play so that the game starts up. Go to the neighborhood screen, eject the cd, and have them do that. It should still be playing properly. I use to do that with my sims 2 game and it worked without the cd. Im pretty sure they just want the cd to confirm that you own the sims game. :)
