The Sims 3 cheat-boolprop testing cheats enabled true?

• I heard that the sims 2 cheats work also in sims 3. But I'm having a problem with the 'boolprop testingcheatsenabled true' cheat. When do I need to put it in the bar?What do I need to do to be able to click and drag people's (for example) hunger level and put it to full without having to make my sims eat?Or to make my sims' skill go up without trying? Is that even possible? I miss the sims 2 features :/

  Raven F. is right, you dont put in the boolprop, however there are cheats to do those things you said in your question that don't use boolprop testingcheatsenabledtrue. For ex.
