• I brought Sims 2 a while ago. We got a new computer and I have to instal it again but it can't work because it has a scratch thats goes right threw the CD. I've looked on limewire but I only find sims 1. I download things that say Sims 2 full version but it is sims one and now I end up playing Sims 1!

  this is a very long process... but i'm willing to explain it for 10 pts. step one: download peerguardian 2 to do this, google it and that will lead you to a link to it. if you are wondering what it is, you will eventually find out step two: go to utorrent.com, and download it to see what torrent is, see the next step step three: go to torrentspy.com or any other torrent site. torrent is like p2p, but better and is legal. HOWEVER, there is a small chance the govt might catch you, and that's where peerguardian comes in. it masks your ip address to the govt, educational institutions, etc. look for the sims 2 on torrentspy step four: download daemon tools... google it that will help you extract the file once you are finished step five: once the torrent is done downloading, right click on the daemon tools logo on the bottom right of the screen step six: unmount all drives, then go to mount image step seven: find your torrent file. it is usually in My Documents>>Downloads. once you have it, click all files instead of image files (that got me my first time) step eight: proceed with the installation. when a new disc comes up, unmount the image with daemon tools, and remount the new one step nine: once it's done downloading, go to gamecopyworld.com, to find a no-cd crack for it. search sims 2, and then download a crack. extract it using win.rar (or any other extracting software) to Program Files>>EA Games>> The Sims 2>> TS Bin it should start working the torrent should take about 2 days to download just in case you wanted to know have fun!!!
