Sewing patterns...Where can I get some nice sewing patterns for men's slacks and dress shirts?

• I'm trying to find some really nice sewing patters for a pair of pants and a dress shirt for a man...kind of Vogue style...I'm trying to also find out what the name of the pants that men wore in the 60's were they called cigarette pants?
