How to put a logo on plastic surface?

Any ideas how to label a plastic box?

  • I was thinking of heating metal letter stamps, pushing them into the plastic and then filling the indentation with paint. Anyone got any better ideas? It's a nice smooth plastic box, and I don't want to put stickers on or apply paint to the surface as it'll scratch off.

  • Answer:

Put the information on a piece of paper, than take a fairly large piece of clear tape, such as mail packaging tape, and put over it. The info will be visible and protaected, and can be easily removed if desired.

Take a clear plastic stretch wrap and wrap it once completely around the container. Make sure to do this tightly for a snug and lasting fit. Then affix a label to the plastic wrap . You can make the width of the wrap just a little larger than the label.

Dude
