How do I make make mini clipboards?

how do I make those little mini clip boards that are about the size of a buisness card? they are cute but I dont know how to make them. and I dont want to buy one cause they are about 15 dollars! if you know how to make those little clipboards then please answer!

I checked a few sites and came up with nothing. But. . Have you seen the new notebooks out, that have a heavy elastic around one end to mark your page and keep your book closed? You could do the same thing; glue on a pretty elastic onto a masonite board. Good luck.

Go to your local everything-for-a-dollar store like a Dollar Tree. Look into their hair clips. Style is cool but look into the flatness. Then shop around the store and maybe in the photo frame section you will find a tiny flat wooden photo frame, or in their craft sectrion with scrapbook supplies you'll find a flat metal embellishment. Then all you need is glue and glitz. Be sure to check out the toy section fopr miniature pieces.
