Does anyone know of a good penny auction website out there ?

I found one out there called pennypocus.com where the fee is low and it looks fairly new but I just want to know if there are any others out there that are as new as this one ? I've heard that getting in on the newer penny auction sites is a good way to start. Is this true? I would like low start up penny auction site if anyone knows of any.
