Need help identifying a coin?

I have another coin I need help identifying the value of?

  • On the front it has the eagle eating the snake on a cactus. It also says Estados Unidos Mexicanos. On the back it says 25 Cs. At the bottom it says Mo. 1953. In the middle it has a weight balancer over a scroll that reads LEY. At the top middle it says something in tiny letters that looks like NBERTAD. Please help.

    Again it is a Mexican coin, this time a 25 centavos piece. The Mo means it was made at the Mexico City Mint. It has a very minor amount of silver in it (.0321 oz of silver). Again in average circulated condition you might get 30 cents for it.
