Clever Valentine's Day craft ideas for my boyfriend?

• I love to make crafts and stuff for my boyfriend and need some clever ideas for Valentine's Day this year. Last year I did a '52 reasons why I like you' thing out of a deck of cards. We had only been dating for a couple months so I didn't want to overwhelm him with I love you and all that. I also made him an intense scrapbook for our 1 year last month (365 days of happiness theme). I like the idea of lists cause I already have some good ones and these are more personal since we've been dating longer. I need a really clever idea on how to present them such as a phone book or a message in a bottle or a certain type of book. Just something funny and cute and clever. Any other ideas would be helpful!
