Need ideas for an altered book.?

So I'm making an altered book for a the daughter of family friends, she is turning 13 and I though a "13 wishes" theme would be cute. I have NO idea what to do though, I can't find anything of the sort online for inspiration, and can't come up with cute "wishes" for each page. I need some ideas!
