How much should I sell this wallet for?

Can we sell copyright image duct tape wallet?

  • Are we allowed to take image off the internet and make it into a wallet and sell it?

  • Answer:

    You should ask the owner of the copyright. However, as long as the item is presented as a non-licensed product there should not be an issue. If you make the wallet as a gift and then the recipient puts it in a yard sale there is no crime.

As long as your selling to a close friend or family member then you can that way if they ever get caught with it then its not illegal to copy it themselves. just to sell it to first or third party. make sure they dont tell on you. ;)
