I'm looking for a good BMX, any suggestions?

Im looking for a hobby, any suggestions?

  • iv already got a few hobbies. music (listening to/ analyzing & creating), anime/manga ("hobby"?), video games, reading (as in normal books), RPing on gaia with a few friends (for those who dont know..RP=Role Play :p ), and iv even got a story im writing (though i hardly have initiative to add to it ^^' ). while i thoroughly enjoy all of these, im looking for something a little different. all of these take up a decent amount of my mental capacity while im doing it. im looking for something that i can do in a more second nature sort of way, so i can allow my mind to just...drift. to wonder, and think about various things. to logically make sense of things, or deal with things that stress me out. as i said..all the above hobbies, need too much attention put on them to let my thoughts just wonder. while, just sitting in my room, staring up at the ceiling in silence is too boring. or hell, i cant do it with music either, cause i start analyzing the song that's playing. any suggestions?

  • Answer:

Painting ! Start cheap with acrylics and a canvas or canvas board and don't restrain yourself in the beginning - paint whatever comes out . Walmart and other stores have all the supplies you need to get started. It'll change your life , dude.

I suggest that you should make tie blankets. It sounds dumb but once you make one, you can't stop. Its when you cut the four sides of two blankets into little one inch strips and tie them in a knot. You can have any type of combination of designs you want and you can watch television, think, or listen to music while doing it. It helps you feel accomplished and its not too feminine because everyone needs a blanket once in a while. You can give them as gifts or for yourself, your choice.

Create Artist Trading Cards! Get your friends involved and trade with them. Determine a theme, and then create Artist Trading Cards based on that theme. For example, one theme could be "Fantasy" and you could draw anything that you can think up, like unrealistic creatures. Another theme could be "Things that make you feel good" and you could create cards that include whatever in life makes you feel wonderful, like music, or games, etc. You could even create your own virtual world on Artist Trading Cards! By creating the themes, you are challenging yourself to think in creative ways. Artist Trading Cards don't have to just be things you draw, either. You can paint or use other embellishments to create miniature works of art. The possibilities are endless! And because the trading cards are so small, they are easy to create and make a wonderful hobby. Artist Trading Cards are fun for people of all ages.
