    I know this isn't a detailed answer, but it's the only way I know how to describe it. It's called a squash fold, because you open it up a bit, take the seam from the last fold, and squash it down, creating two more folds on either side, with the seam from the last fold in the middle.

Okay.. you start out with a square paper. You fold it into a triangle by folding it into half. Aiight?? Okay, you take that triangle and fold it into half again, so now you have a big triangle. Put the triangle so that you have an isosceles triangle. And on the bottom, you should have openings, take one of the openings and fold it so that you make a square.
