How To Make Diaper Cakes?

Anyone have instructions on how to make a diaper cake in the shape of a tractor?

I have made regular diaper cakes (3 tiered) and have made a diaper wreath before, but I am looking for instructions on how to make a diaper cake in the shape of a tractor. I have seen some pictures on-line and bought the necessary items as they listed, but instructions would make this special baby shower gift much easier to make. I have searched and searched on-line, and can't find any. I am hoping that someone out there who makes these will be kind enough to give me instructions on how to make a tractor shaped diaper cake. Thank you so very much!!
