What to put in a welcome bag?

I am making a "goodie bag" type of thing and I don't know what to put in it?

  • I am going to a teen get together thing for over 150 people. And they will be seperated into groups of about 10 at the most and I have to make them goodie bag stuff. Something fun that the group can play with together. Very random stuff. The teens range from 13-18 and I have no clue how to make or arrange this. What should I put the stuff in and what (cheap) stuff should I get? Help?

  • Answer:

Pick up sticks, cards, mini travel games, mini words solve puzzles if you are trying to end up with all having to do something with the prizes. You can get about 10-20 treat bags for a dollar at the dollar tree and many of these items. Good luck~

Body wash journals or small note pads candles cute pens chocolate hair accessory If you want really cheap stuff, you can purchase most of this stuff from like a 99 cent store if you have one near you.

wow, do you know how expensive this is going to be? Even if you only put three things in the bag, and they cost 50 cents each, to make bags for 150 people would cost you $225! I hope someone is helping you with this. That being said, I would try to make some kind of board game that they could play together. Go online for some ideas.

Candy, lip balms, playing cards, hair items, lottery tickets, etc. Look around in a dollar store. You'll come up with ideas.

Are you talking about a bag filled with things that could be used as props for a party game? Or a bag filled with party favors? For a party game bag you could put random things in a brown paper lunch sack, such as straws, 3 cotton balls, 2 strips of scotch tape, a pencil, 7 paper clips, some rubber bands, yarn, etc, and have each group construct something out of all the pieces provided, then have a judging for the best structure at the end. You can do the same thing with different candies~ skittles, pretzel sticks, licorice whips, life savers, mini marshmallows etc. Hope this helps.
