Does Claes oldenburg still make any art sculptures?

How should I make my model?

• for art, i have to make a model of the upside down ice cream by claes oldenburg. i need help on ideas of how to do it. i can do whatever i want for it but it cant be too big or too small :)

  I would make just the top of a building first. Bass wood can be purchased at most craft stores or cardboard can look nice as well! Use elmer's glue and it will be very sturdy. The ice cream cone reminds me of a basket. Maybe a straw mat shaped to look like a cone! As for the ice cream, cotton balls or clay? OR if you want to be really clever and please your classmates, you could make a sheet cake. for the building, the stick an ice cream cone on one corner with a big clump of icing for the ice cream!
