i am thinking about going to girl scout CAMP i am a 4th grader do the people in girl scout CAMP still earn badges

That really depends on the camp. The day camp that I volunteer for does gear the activities toward earning try-its badges and IPs. Canoeing, Outdoor Cooking and Archery can be earned almost every year. The other activities change from year to year. IE this year the girls will be earning a Medieval try-it, badge, or IP.
