  This is just a regular button up shirt pattern with a back yoke. I know of no place where you can get this pattern for free. So, if no one else can find this free pattern for you, you will have luck trying the pattern web sites for Simplicity, Mc Calls and Butterick through a simple google search. This garment seems to be the typical shirt dress. A shirt with an attached skirt, probably with a wide self covered or store bought belt. Good Luck, and remember: One who sews is a seamstress, not a sewer. A sewer is a series of underground pipes which carry waste water and toilet sewage. Ewww.
