How to build a spreadsheet-like control in WPF?

How can I build a home made mini remote control (rc) blimp cheap and an actual remote for it?

I am 13 and im trying to build my own home made blimp with low priced parts but cant find anything, i am also trying to build an actual remote to control the blimp, any suggestions on what websites to go to or stores in Maryland? PLEASE HELP!
