What can I use for Zippo lighter fluid?

Must i only use zippo lighter fluid for my zippo, or can i use other brands?

  • If so please provide more than one brand. Can you use any fluid so long it is Ligther Fluid?

Yes, any kind of cigarette lighter fluid. Read the can, it'll tell you. I'm sure by now there are even generics that'll work....remember, only you can prevent forest fires.

You can use other brands of LIGHTER FLUID... I've been using Ronsonol lighter fluid in my Zippos for almost 25 years now. I've found Ronsonol MUCH more often than Zippo, and it's cheaper !

The best fuel I ever found for a Zippo was JP4 Aircraft fuel. We had no supplies of lighter fuel but lots of this stuff. You can use anything in a Zippo.

You can use ANY lighter fluid you choose. Some of them are less expensive than Zippo and work just as well.
