How to place a photo besides another photo?

What software can I use to place a photo of a person into another photo? transpose?

I want to copy someone from one photo (family/friend) and place them in a picture with another person or group beside them. I have Jasc Paint Pro 7, but can't see how I can do it with that. I can blue out faces and insert another one with another small program I have. I want to do a whole body insertion. I do this for family fun only! Any help appreciated!

u could get adobe photoshop great program to use an u can do just bout anything to any photo tat u wanna do right now i believe u can find an older version of photoshop tat the 7.0 version for just 50 dollars at best buy or somthin... I am taking a course in school where we work with computer graphics an we use adobe photoshop when we work wit pictures an sometimes on our free time move bodies of other peopl in the picture to another picture
