  There are specific solutions to each thing you have proposed, but anything involving electricity or light is not going to be "just paper" Electricity requires conduction, perhaps printed circuits, and paper is an insulator. There is no paper motor - at a minimum it would require a rubber band as paper is not elastic enough. And Any paper object to have the features you name provided by other methods would have to be designed from the beginning to take them - for example bearings and fastening to axles and the weight of batteries.
