I need help identifying a coin?

It is the size and color of a penny. Minted 1894 but doesn't say a country, it only says "2" and "1894" On the back is a weird winged coat of arms thing-y. I tried taking a picture of it but the detail doesn't show up. Does anyone have any ideas?

You will need to get a photo or a scan of both sides. Back in 1894 there were all kinds of things going on and it may be a coin or a token. With the info you have one would have to guess for it would take way yo long to go through all the catalogs.
