Ideas for a gnarly blanket fort?

Cool ideas for a blanket fort???

  • ok so me and my sister want to make a blanket fort. we were gonna do it in her room and the room outside of her's which is like a living room but it has a recliner and a chaise. so wat would be some good ideas????? i would really appreciate really really really creative thoughts!!!!!!!!!!! thank you!! =]

  • Answer:

Oh FUN!!! Blanket forts are the best. If possible, move the recliner so that the back is facing you. Then you'll have a base to attach a big blanket to... then if you can stick the other end of that blanket to something high..like a ceiling fan(just make sure it doesn't get turned on lol) then you can pin some smaller blankets to the sides and you'll have four walls! If you really want to get creative, use some leftover Christmas lights to bunch up in the middle for a "campfire." Have fun!! I wanna go make one now...

When my sister and I make tents we tie the blankets (light or sheets) to stuff and each other. We use tent poles, furniture, string, and other stuff for support. You can use string and clothes pins to attach multiple blankets. The problems we usually have are in the middle of blankets so make sure they pull tight or are up high. I hope the past experience I have had helps you have fun with your sister!

I do that in my bedroom =) I get 3 chairs and make a room with an exit, and put the blanket on top then i watch tv in it =)
