I made my one and only diaper cake a couple of years ago for my niece's baby shower and everyone loved it! If what you're looking for is truly a "carriage" diaper cake, I can't help, but if it's just a diaper cake, which is definitely a centerpiece, I believe I can. I'm not at home right now to look for the instructions for assembly, but I think I got them on the HGTV website for the Carol Duvall show.
