How to make a hemp bracelet with these materials and measurements?

• I have 4 half inch long beads, enough hemp for anything, and then a metal circle that has a little circle to tie hemp through, and a metal stick with a little circle on it to tie hemp through. The stick will go through the circle to secure it on my wrist. My wrist is about 6 and a half inches around. I just want to make a simple square knot bracelet. Can anyone tell me how to do one with these supplies? Thanks!

  I think, basically, you'd take a length of hemp that's longer than you think you'll need, thread it through the first ring (you can start with either the stick end or the circle end), start tying, thread on the beads at appropriate intervals, and end up by tying the hemp to the other end piece. But I've never made a hemp bracelet before, so that's just a guess. You can get an estimate of how much hemp you'll need by measuring a length, tying it as you will for the bracelet, then measuring it again.
