Old Model Kits.com seems to have the IAR 80 and Fokker G-1 (see first link below) and maybe the Buffalo (second link below). The Luchtvaart Hobby Shop (aka aviationmegastore.com) in the Netherlands may have the Bloch 151 (third link). They seem to have a pretty huge selection of scale models (fourth link). Good luck!

How in detail are you looking for? I found that there are several representations of the scale you want in Hobby / Game stores or they can aquire them, they may not all be plastic though could be wood or some composite, there are several Minature games that use the planes you mentioned
