Chrysanthemum mixed with thai tea?
-
Is it dangerous if chrysanthemum is mixed with thai tea? Would this cause any health issues?
-
Answer:
Chrysanthemum has no contraindications nor adverse effects. It will not hurt to add to Thai black tea. Black tea however, does contain caffeine. Excess caffeine can cause nervousness, depression, heart palpitations and have other adverse effects. If you are going to drink the Thai tea - adding chrysanthemum certainly will not hurt at all.
