How to improve eyesight?
-
My eyesight sucks like ****. I started wearing spectacles since I was five. I heard that wearing spectacles gradually worsens your eyesight. So lets say I do not wear my spectacles for a day. Will my eyesight get better? If not, how else do I improve my eyesight, besides eating carrots and taking regular eye breaks?

Answer:
Eat carrots ;) .. but seriously. Make sure you include egg yolks, vitamin e http://www.newchapter.com/targeted-vitamins-nutrients/e-food-complex, DHA (which you find in fish, fish oils..), get your share of herbs: ginko, milk thistle, billberry, sage). Keep up on your minerals too! Here are some simple eye exercises: http://www.eruptingmind.com/tips-to-improve-eyesight/ And make sure to wear sunglasses!
