Are glyconutrients really good for you?

Should I buy glyconutrients?

  yes i have tried them i have lupus which is an auto immune diease the people who sell them have been trained to sell them they make money off of them so dont believe everything you hear from them i got them because i take about 12 pills a day and im only 20 and have been doing it my whole life i read a book called how to cure lupus and that got me interested in them the problem i had with them since they are not fda approved they cost alot about 300-400 everytime you get them and there was one that you had to put a powdery stuff in a drink and drink it and im ok with that but it was so nasty i would trow up everytime their is a pill but i wasnt able to take it so i stopped taking them and just went to the best of the best doctors and within a yr i went into remission and i had been on glyconutrients a couple of months i do kknow of people who take them and love them but it is mainly people who isnt sick if you are sick bc of a medical problem i wouldnt i would just look into a really great doctor (if you live near maryland john hopkins is great and cheap i drive 3 hrs to go so worth it ) but if you are wonting them and you are not sick i would recommend it just be ware its expensive and they will try to get you to buy the biggest package dont there is alot of stuff you will not use get the middle package hope this helped
