None...there are no studies that show garlic helps for high cholesterol at all. The best thing for high cholestrol, is start exercising and eat a lot more fruits and vegitables and cut out ANY meat that you eat. Prepare you meals fresh and try to avoid most processed things. The biggest thing is to start exercising, a bunch.
