    Yes there are many brands out there and they all seem to be saying something different. You have TAHITIAN NONI INTERNATIONAL, the large Multi Level Company out of Utah, saying their reconstituted Noni puree with water and sugar juice concentrate is the only juice in town to the companies that sell fermented Noni that has been sitting in a tank rotting for six months. In choosing the best Noni product a wading through all the B.S. is to look at three criteria: 1) make sure it is 100% pure and preferably fresh presses as oppose to fermented (aged), 2) look at the bottle size perferbably 32 ounce glass. Plastic has been shown to lech the petroleum chemicals from the plastic into the juice as well as the outside oxygen, and 3) look at the price. If you are paying more than $25 for a 32 ounce bottle of Noni juice, you are getting ripped-off. Pay close attention to the bottle size because some companies may sell their Noni for $17 but the bottle size is only 16 ounces and if you times it by two you are really paying $34 for a litter (32 oz). I would surmise that "best" in this case would mean also the safest? Not all noni juices are the same. In fact, some brands may be bad for your kidney (ie. Body Systems Technology brand. See source below ). Others have labels that say " not safe for pregnant women", or "keep out of reach of children." If you look in the Physicians Desk Reference - Non-Prescription Drugs and Dietary Supplements edition, (which is used by doctors to assist them in prescribing and recommending treatment), the only noni juice brand that is listed is "Tahitian Noni" brand of noni juice. There are also no mention of side effects; hence, no warnings on their label. So, for the best "safe" noni juice would be this brand. This brand was the first noni juice to be tested extensively by the European Union and to be accepted in the market, in 2002. Also, it is one of 2 brands that has been tested and screened for banned substances under the World Anti-Doping Code list, as used by the Olympics committees.

I know many will say there is no difference, I would disagree. As much as I hate to admit it Tahitan Noni Intl does have the best product. My mom has been drinking this stuff for years and I always thought she was crazy, but I believe it helps. Ths brand is 100% juice where many of the others are not and this is the major difference. It is more expensive, but isnt anything thats real? I started giving it to my son for his exema and many other shin issues and he has had far fewer problems, its also helped with my sinus and allergy problems. I dont think noni is a cureall\, but the properties do help. It also helps restore balance in the digestive systems and nerves, which will help bring the entire body into bal. If you drink noni and still eat like a pig and dont take care of yourself at all your results will be minimal. But if you do live half way okay- you should begin to see results in about 1mo max. One of my guy friends believes it helped his stamina! I say tahitian noni intl is the best.
