Would Vitamin Water and vitamin pills make you do any better on running the school's mile?

Is it possible for vitamin pills to make you feel sick?

  • It's probably not the reason, but I've checked my diet and everything. I've had everything I would normally have to eat today, but for some reason I'm nauseous and have to use the washroom a lot. My friend recommended vitamin pills so my hair could grow faster and thicker, if my diet may be the case, and so I tried one this morning after breakfast hoping to continue them for a while. I have this thing where I'm easily disgusted with swallowing pills. Once I swallow one, I'll get really bad shivers and have the urge to up chuck it and immediately find something solid to eat so I can't taste it anymore. I've felt this sickness a little bit after taking the pill. Is it just me? Could I just have a little stomach virus? Or could it be something else? I'm sorry if this isn't informative!

    yes they can if your body rejects them I was taking them for a while and after a while i started to feel ill but thought i was coming down with something so i kept taking them 1 a day and it got worse after about 10-15 min i would start violently vomiting. i stopped taking them and i was totally fine!

Its possible, some people get stomach aches and feel sick to their stomachs after taking vitamins, It sometimes irritates the stomach lining causing nausea, especially calcium pills. I would take the pills right before eating a full meal to help reduce the pain.

Vitamins shouldn't be taken on an empty stomach if you didn't eat before taking them yes they can make u feel sick or even vomit
