  I've heard of sage tea used for this problem.Hushed sea tea contains sage as well. My suggestion is,just find the ingredients locally,and make it yourself. For a tea,figure equal parts of each ingredient. Hushed sea tea has 4 ingredients,all 4 can be found on line easily.
