How does the green tea diet work?

So do green tea diet pills work?

  • I guess it's because it's green tea and it raises your metabolism and whatnot. 1. I've also heard they're better than normal diet pills, yay or nay? 2. If they do work, what's a good one (sold in stores)? I've heard Mega T works well. 3. What's the usual price of said pill? How much is Mega T (if it works)? 4. Do you see them at Walgreens or CVS? Grocery stores? 5. Will I get carded if I try to buy them at the store by myself (I'm 15)? Do they even care? Please don't tell me they're unsafe (unless they really are) or that I don't need them...I just want information.

  • Answer:

Theoretically, yes. In real life, no. Because they contain caffeine, they are unsafe. And no, you won't be carded. After all, most soda contains caffeine too, and nobody cards you if you go to buy a Pepsi. Again, in real life, diet pills don't work, and can be deleterious to your health.
