Answer:
Suman, please think twice about the homeopathy - it is very controversial and widely criticized. It has never been proven to work better than a placebo, and the extreme dilutions leave no molecules of the original active ingredient left in the "remedy". You are buying only water. Almond oil is rich in vitamin E, there should be no adverse effects used topically provided you do not have an allergy. Your vegetarian diet may lack vitamin b, protein and other nutrients so its probably good for you to supplement them, but you should really discuss your dietary needs with a professional. You should not exceed the recommended dietary allowances (RDA) of vitamin B12, B6 etc. Info for vitamin side effects: http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/druginfo/herb_All.html#V Read: "Vegetarian diet: How to get the best nutrition" http://www.mayoclinic.com/print/vegetarian-diet/HQ01596/METHOD=print Here is information about dark eye circles: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eye_circles I hope this helps.

I concur that Gary has provided a very thoughtful answer. All he said was homeopathy is contraversial, and to consider it carefully, and yet he gets thumbs down from trolls. I am not at polite as Gary. Homeopathy is completely bogus. To refer to homeopathistas as doctors is an insult...there is no such thing as "doctor of homeopathy". Regarding nutrition...it can be difficult to get a properly balanced diet as a vegetarian, and it is important to see a licensed dietitian. NOT a "nutritionist"....any idiot can call themselves a nutritionist, but dietitian is a protected term.
