Is my antibiotic healing my ingrown toenail?

Ok, so I am 15 weeks pregnant. I have bacterial vaginosis which is an infection in the vagina like a yeast infection. My doctor prescribed me antibiotics twice a day for a week to treat it. Im on my 5th day and i noticed today my toe was hurting and when i squeezed it a little bit of pus came out. Is the antibiotic for my BV also healing the infection in my ingrown toenail? (I suppose i have one since my toe is red on the side) sorry for the typos im using my phone and dont feel like correcting them.
