Has anyone found that Red Bush Tea(Rooibos) causes extreme fatigue the next day?
-
Red Bush Tea - Rooibos I find that drinking Red Bush Tea(Rooibos) causes extreme fatigue the next day. I like drinking it because it soothes my stomach. I have recurring gastritis.

Answer:
No. The rooibos is probably helping to rid your body of toxins and that process can sometimes make you feel drained -- until the toxins are gone, that is. The nice thing about red bush tea, besides its taste, is its high vitamin and mineral content minus the caffeine because it's an herbal.

Tea supposed to make you awake instead of fatigue. Maybe after drinking tea, you became so active that the next day you felt so tired.
