Answer:
Preferbly use ARNICA and LEDUM PAL in 200, and if she has fear of flying I have found BELLADONNA 200 works the best to ease the fear. In terms of homeopathy, arnica is what is used in these situations. As far as holistic/naturopathic medicine goes, if your granddaughter does not have open wounds you can use witch hazel [hamamelis] to help bruising. No, flying will not make it worse.

I have always used Arnica oil and if there is swelling I have used Chamomile essential oil as well over the effected area and extended by an inch all around if possible. Put both oils in the Witch Hazel, as they need a carrier otherwise they are a bit caustic to the skin (essential oils are very strong....5 drops of each oil to 1 tsp. Witch Hazel). Also, if she tends to have dry skin you will need to moisten on top of this but not for an hour. I am at windstarhealing.webs.com if you have any questions. Take care, and I hope she feels better quickly!

Homeopathy works remarkably well for a variety of conditions, with no side-effects or contraindications with other medical treatment. The hard part of homeopathy is prescribing the proper remedy, as there are often hundreds of different homeopathics to treat "the same" disease... Homeopathic treatment is very individualized, and you will probably NOT be able to determine your exact remedy or combination of remedies yourself. I PROMISE that you will not find it by simple answer online like this. Find a Naturopath who is well versed in homeopathics and go in for a consultation. ALL of your characteristics must be taken into account, and they will do a lengthy survey as well as an examination and follow-ups as your case progresses. They will have to take your body-type, lifestyle, symptoms, cravings, aversions and idiosyncrisies all into account.

Use Ledum Palustrum Q (Mother tincture) directly on the wound if there is a wound. Use Ledum Pal 30C three doses maximum for one day. Alongwith that use three doses of Arnica30 three times a day for one day. She will be able to fly without pain or discomfort within a day. If any nerve is involved use Hypericm.30. three times a day as long as required. with best wishes.

No cuts ? If so epson salt or which hazel and time. If flying wrap her hand tight enough but do the skin test (press here finger and she how long it takes for the blood to come back anything longer than 5 seconds and the wrap is to tight)

homeopathy has never been demonstrated to work above the placebo effect, you will essentially be wasting your money on a concoction that doesn't work according to basic biology, not to mention physics and chemistry.

If she has been to ER, then you've already had some excellent treatment and advice. There's no need to further medicate your child based on the amateurish and possibly dangerous advice of the delusional kids of Y!A. Enjoy your vacation, but don't risk ruining it by following uneducated, ill-informed scam advice from this forum. 'Kissing it better' is as good a placebo effect as your child is ever going to need.

Just do whatever you doctor advised. Forget the snake oil.
