im depressed. i was told it was cuz i dont have alot of seretonin. my life sucks, and i know i can improve it if only i was more instressted in doing so. i may eventually take antidepressants. but i cant just rely on chemicals or it will cause more problems and i will simply become addicted, and i think its unfair how the doctors cost 380 dollars per visit, greedy bastards. so i need to know a certain type of food(s) that can help my body create testosterone and seretonin. and it has to be healthy, not some greasy fast-food **** with a whole bunch of sugar. see i started taking an adhd med, and it helps me to concentrate. so i can do my homework, but i realized that even though i can focus enough to finish my work, dont have any willpower to do it. also, ive been working out at the gym but whenever i leave i feel depressed and unsatisfied, another thing is, when im at parties or even just talking to my friends in general, i cant be myself. its not because i tire very easily it is because: i feel bored, unhappy, uncaring, and very unsocial. u would think that i would be playing video games all day but i dont cuz when i do it stresses me out, and after 3o mins i feel horrible playing them. so instead, i do this. i spend hours everyday looking for ways to improve my life on this computer. an example of my moodiness is me dancing: i was very good at dancing, and i loved to do it because i could make up any crazy dance. now i cannot make very many new ones, i often have to repeat old ones, i forget some of them, and when i do them, i do it very half-heartily because im just not in the mood for social at all. i tried drinking caffeine such as dr. pepper, and mountain dew at the party, but because of my adhd, it slowed my brain down even more. lol oops. it must be something im not eating. is there certain foods that can create testosterone, seretonin, and anything else that will decrease my moodiness, and make me more interested in my work and play? im 15 years old. do not tell me to pray to god, i dont like god, and dont tell me to go seek professional help because im already im therapy sessions, and its gay and everytime my therapist sits down, he get a freaking huge *** *****, and its nasty and i dont need two of them. and please dont recommend antidepressants, if u havent read the top part, i may begin taking the pills, but they are very expensive and i have to try something else first. and if your that ******* lazy and did not even bother reading the rest of my ******* title after "i am depressed..." then please share with me a type of food that will help my body create testosterone and seretonin and the other few things that i forgot i need. (side note about my depression case) my depression is mild: i cry alot, sometimes i think that if i kill myself my friends will feel bad, but when i die and if there is a such thing as god, then i will be a stupid mindless angel bowing kissing his feet, and i will probably get kicked back down to hell. and if there is no such a thing as god, then i will simply turn to a pile of **** and i dont want to. my suicidal thoughts are very small: i will never, and have never cut myself, and i dont want to be on the press with a title over my dead body saying: "HEY THIS KID KILLED HIMSELF!!! :D" with a picture of detectives and police men touching my body in weird places.

Answer:
Foods that create testosterone>>> Zinc - oysters, beef shanks, crab legs, cashews, pork shoulder, chicken, lamb, calf's liver, shrimp, fish, chickpeas, whole grains, pecan, cashews, pine nuts, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, fresh fruits, potatoes, milk, cheese and yoghurt, spinach, crimini mushrooms, thyme, basil, yeast, asparagus, miso, maple syrup, peas, broccoli, mustard greens, sesame seeds. Vitamin D - main source is the sun (no vitamin D from November to March if you live above the 35 degree latitude - eg: all of europe, canada and 2/3 of the US. Other food sources - cod liver oil, salmon, fortified orange juice, fortified milk and egg yolks. Vitamin D supplements. Boron - peanut butter, wine, grapes, beans, peaches, pears, prunes, pulses, raisins, tomatoes, apples. Foods for depression>>> Foods high in tryptophan (an amino acid) which is a precusor to serotonin. Foods high in tryptophan include chicken, turkey, white flakey fish, lean cuts of pork, veal, lamb, red meats, cottage cheese, low fat cheeses, low fat milk and dairy products, soy and legumes, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, baked potatoes with their skin, bananas, nuts, rice, yoghurt. "When you consume foods high in carbohydrate, the body immediately releases insulin to clear the amino acids that compete with tryptophan. Tryptophan is not affected by insulin; hence once the other amino acids are cleared by insulin, tryptophan reaches the brain." High in slowly digested carbs which maintain a slow and steady release of insulin - oatmeal, whole grains, beans and lentils, apples, oranges, brown rice, red potatoes, rye bread, seven-grain bread, yoghurt. There are medium digested carbs to add muscle mass - buckwheat noodles and pancakes, corn, fruit (most types), honey, peas, rice (white and Basmati), spaghetti and most pasta, yams. Fast digesting carbs hit the bloodstream rapidly and they are especially helpful right after training when you need to replenish your muscles with glycogen. - cold cereals (except high-fiber types), cream of rice, cream of wheat, fat-free muffins and pop-tarts, gatorade, potatoes, simple-carb drinks, sodas, white bread and baguettes. Would advise against the sodas as they leach calcium from the bones. White bread isn't that healthy either but it tastes good. :) A lot more information on the links>>> http://www.livestrong.com/article/230952-foods-that-create-testosterone/#ixzz13IHDz8fS http://www.goodhealthwellnessblog.com/194/enough-vitamin-d-3-from-sun-food-think-again/ http://www.buzzle.com/articles/foods-containing-zinc.html http://www.integrativepsychiatry.net/serotonin.html http://www.ehow.com/how_5413029_increase-serotonin-naturally.html#ixzz13IHQa9lP http://www.buzzle.com/articles/foods-high-in-tryptophan.html http://findarticles.com/p/articles/mi_m0KFY/is_9_21/ai_109666891/
